Application fees must be paid in full with all required documents listed below for applications to process
To submit an application, you can download/print the application or come in person to our office.
Application fees are not refundable for any reason
How to get approved faster (skipping these steps will delay your application)
- Make sure all adults (18+) in your household have applied
- Make sure and view the home in person before applying
- Make sure and turn in valid photo ID for all the adults applying
- Make sure and turn in proof of income or tax returns (this must be an official document or paystubs)
- Make sure and provide accurate name and phone number for all landlords
- Make sure and provide accurate employer information for all the adults applying
- Make sure and fill out pet/animal information on application and send clear picture to our email swhrapply@gmail.com
Please Note:
- The application fee is $40 per adult and needs to be paid in person when you are submitting an application.
- We will call you once application is completed. Feel free to email or call our office with questions.
- It takes 48-72 hours to process an application. We process applications Monday through Friday and observe all major holidays.
- You must view the property IN PERSON or have a family member view the home on your behalf (If you live outside of Oklahoma) if approved before you are able to sign a lease and receive keys. We find it important for you to get to know the home and neighborhood before leasing a home for your family!
- All applicants must fill out pet/animal information so we can give you a one-time pet fee not refundable at time of approval
